I can create an alliance for you.

The skill to create an alliance is Empire Control V
It costs 1 bill ISK to create an alliance
Once an alliance has been created it costs just 2 mill per corp per month to maintain

I charge 500 mill to create the alliance and will do it on the forums to evidence it
If there is a dispute screenshots will be provided

STEP 1

Evemail me or contact me in-game

STEP 2

We post on the forums, offer and acceptance

STEP 3

Remove your corp assets/shares/wallet if you wish to your personal belongings

STEP 4

Accept me into your corporation and set me as CEO

STEP 5

Send me the 1 bill ISK and I create the alliance

STEP 6

Once the alliance is created, send me the 500 mill fee and I resign as CEO putting you back in charge

STEP 7
