An expensive magazine at that. It wasn't bad, but not really worth the cost.

Why didn't they just switch to a digital download format and sell them dirt cheap?

Dunno if you should be impressed or not, but it would seem he definitely caught your attention though......

Very sad indeed. I like the issues I got some years back, though I could not afford to continue the subscription.

Too bad they didn't go digital with it and offer high res pics you could download from the articles with the subscription, but let ads pay for the "free view".

The only time I pay over four times the cost of the item just in postage is for drugs and they better be damn good ones.

He appeared in a different comic in '62. The Amazing Spiderman #1 was published March 10, 1963

I rather doubt that in 50 years our grand children will be asking for this.

They will be asking why we used up all the oil and borrowed so much money that they now have to pay off.

Sister confirms it was 1964. Oops. Good catch.

She had most of the first issues.

I hope the education system would have "addressed" all these concerns. It was for their own good, no child left behind

Don't you mean, "..all the children are left behind." They are the ones who will remain and have to deal with it after all. Fact is, too many people have complete apathy with regard to what state they will leave the world in for following generations. If asked, their response can usually be summed up as, "Who gives a... " I'm sure you know how that ends.

$15 dollars for a magazine does seem a tad expensive, but then, so does $12-$20 for a paperback novel. I don't buy them anymore. I did pick up a 125th Anniversary National Geographic recently for $7 +tax though, which kind of makes you wonder. Makes me wonder anyway.

I have never even heard of EON Magazine before but I found this to be hilarious

A whole box of literally old magazines for a mere $200.... Down from $400. Because I just love reading a paper magazine on the latest Eve patch content of 2008 and how it will effect my game experience.

The recycling station is where a moving box full of old magazines usually goes. In fact the image on the store page looks like something you might find next to the paper recycling bin

The fabricated customer rating at the bottom is a nice touch.
