They mirror it whenever they think it's necessary and without notice ahead of time.

If it's still like it was when I was playing two years ago they do it about once a month.

Really doubt it's once a month seeing as my toon on Sisi is lacking ~2 months of training :/ can't test anything of the stuff I planned to atm...

Would be nice if the database has been updated,two months is a long time in EVE :)
