Fresh OS/EVE install on SSD client insta-crashes

Just installed a New SSD as my systems primary drive, after updating drivers and sytem files I installed EVE, however the clinet crashes instantly when opened with a APPCRASH dialogue box.

Have you tried installing the C runtimes?
