i understand your point of view.
but on the other hand, the market value of those 2 at me\pe 0 is about 2.9 -3 bil
your offer of 3.1 is almost at the market price.
4.65 bil my requested value, shows a value of about 1.65 bil extra for the ~10 months of research on them.
the price itself it is open for negotiation, but i do not intend to sell them for the default market prices.
