Ammunition Array: did it lose some bonuses?

I don't do alot of manufacturing anymore, but the last time I made Hail L it took a weeek to do 50k times 9 slots for 450k rounds.

I haven't needed ammo in almost 9 months, but my suppply was getting low, so I set up for production in my POS and fired up the jobs. I checked my EVE HQ and it is telling me it should take a little over 7 days. But upon accepting the jobs I now see it will take a little over 11 days. Now my memory isin't as good as it used to be but I coulda sworn it used to be 7 days in a POS and yes EVE HQ is Third party software but it has never been wrong before.

So I am wondering what is different now?

Things that keep me up at night;  Why do we use a voice communication device to send telegraphs? Moore's Law should state, Once you have paid off the last PC upgrade you will need another.

Just checked the BP.

Manufaturing time:
22 hours and 13 minutes

222 hours 10 min so not the 166h 34m I should be getting at a POS.

I think CCP broke something, sorry guys I will forward this to a Petition I guess.

I haven't noticed a change. I build Null and Void from time to tome. Put a L run of both in the other day, 11 odd days for 10 runs. Eve IPH puts 10 runs of Hail L at 14 days 19 hours in a station or 11 days 2 hours in a POS ammo array (at 0.75 time multiplier), assuming a -4 PL BPC.

If something's changed, it would have happened before November, my manufacturing times for ammo have been consistent since then.

Took this to help chat, and was told that by another toon that his Ammunition Arrays are working fine (His manufacture time is reduced by .75) So i must have done something wrong?

Hmm? OK I guess it is could be my memory. Really not sure how i got those numbers wrong.
