I actually requested this when the new forums went up. The answer I got was that CCP was afraid that kugu.com would be hosting some sort of browser exploits to hack into people's computers. Seriously. I think it is stupid and petty of CCP, but I will ask again.

I can't even figure out how to change the reputation pips, and the original K is too busy banging his Russian supermodel girlfriend to bother programming for the site.

Given the warning message I still get when clicking on an external link in these forums, that seems a tiny bit hypocritical.

Anyway, the horse has already bolted - tens of thousands of their customers visit the site anyway.

Probably has something to do with Mula redirecting visitors to a malicious .swf file back in June.

You can even find the old post on his forum he was like oh hai I was just testing for the lulz guys. Btw I removed because otherwise Google was going to flag my site as malware!!lulz

Kugu brings a lot of customers to CCPs side. Free his name!

I don't hate you, I'm just not necessarily excited about your existance.

Literally not what happened.

Ok I need to test if an exploit is working...

If you are okay to let me check... I promise I will not do anything bad to you.

http://kugutsumen.com add ":8080 to the .com part.

Edit:
I had to remove the original link or it will flag the site as malware. I didn't think it would cause such drama... so far no one
was owned. Lots of people reported crashes... You should update flash to the latest version.

I recommend using something like clicktoflash for Safari and Chrome.

Saying "Hey here's an exploit I'd like you to test, please manually modify an url" is nothing close to redirecting people. It was removed because PL went insane when he (stupidly) linked it to Shamis Orzoz without telling him what it was. As for the file itself?

Hubris wrote:
its a random string of characters. it holds nothing, never tried to access anything, and never executes a single thing. Granted this could be someones main script to template something that does bad things (maybe, prob not) but on its own it wont even load a url or store anything correctly as is.

seriously he opened a new flash document/project and dumped this into the first frame action window. nothing more.

Hubris is also the person who started the panic by claiming K.com was maliciously distributing a virus, by posting the claim on his personal site. As you can see from that link, he publicly retracted that claim.

Someone may have told Google's malware team that it was malware, but we never received any notice from Google about it, nor was the site ever flagged as malware.

Just think he will test malicious .swf file on his good friend Shamis and other PL member who he begs for money, what is he going to do to his enemies?

Don't forget he cracked over 650 goon ts/forum accounts back when Remedial was CEO!

Except it wasn't malicious, and PL directors (the supposed targets) have said as much.
