There are clearly mechanisms by which State corporations can undertake projects in Placid without having to have State sovereignty.

What a joke. The concept of "peacekeeping" operates on the three principles of a) consent of the parties involved, b) impartiality and c) the non-use of force except in self-defense and defense of the mandate given by an inter-empire body. Your "coalition" in this so-called "peacekeeping action" does not satisfy any one of these principles.

1) You did not receive a mandate from CONCORD - the universally-acknowledged body that is responsible for inter-empire security.

2) You did not receive the consent of any parties involved.

3) You fail the impartiality test if you still cling on to your blue standings towards all actors and entities in the Area of Operations.

4) You fail the test of non-use of force except in self-defense and defense of the mandate (which you do not have).

To call this a "peacekeeping operation" is nothing short of a farce. Operations and warfare will resume as it has been and you have neither influence nor ability to change anything in this war.

Goonswarm holds no power over the great Caldari State, at ALL!. For you to claim to have the states best intrests at heart, then turn around and say "You are all to obey what our empire decrees, or face obliteration" is truly laughable. In case you havent read about the Malkanen incident, they started the war, and for you to say "stand down and stop defending yourselves from the agressors and let us cut the head off your leadership" means you are against the state.

There is only one thing I despise more than the Caldari, and it's outside forces interfering in my warzone.

Gallente Militia > Minmatar Militia > Other militias > Low Sec Pirates > 0.0 slime.

I am open to teaming up with any enemy militia member (even that b**** Yuri Intaki) or any low sec pirate to kill 0.0 slime that tries to impose its will on low sec.
