[CONDI] Heth Must Go

Following the death of so many Kaalakiota Citizens by their own people, we can no longer stay silent. We lay the responsibility for each tragic death at the feet of Tibus Heth. Members of GSF and other CFC alliances that care about the stability of the State are forming a special task force to do whatever it takes to bring Heth down. Heth's lunacy will drag the State into open war with the Federation. This is a war the Caldari do not want; they do not want to spend all their resources aligning so much territory.

The following actions will be taken immediately:
1: Peacekeeping operations will begin in Black Rise and Placid. Any militia vessel will be destroyed. We call on both sides to stand down until the situation is resolved.
2: We promise to assist any Caldari organization, be it PMC or Megacorp, in defying the orders of the Provosts, or Heth.
3: Deklein is open to any refugees that wish to flee the State. We have the resources to both care for and protect any refugee.

This task force is still in the planning stages. Outside groups wishing to collaborate should contact Powers Sa via mail.

She mentioned GSF and CFC members who care about the stability of the State, but did not assert that they cared for it to be stable. If the State were to become unstable, who would benefit ?

The command element of "Task Force Grey Sea" has been activated. Last night CFC peacekeepers flew through Black Rise and Placid, engaging all vessels found in violation of Directive 14.

Directive 14

Black Rise and Placid are declared Demilitarized Zones. All capsuleer vessels are to withdraw from the low security systems of these regions immediately. Any ship in violation of the DMZ is declared hostile and will be fired upon by CFC peacekeepers.

Task Force Grey Sea uses the same blues list as the CFC. Groups that wish to work with Task Force Grey Sea should talk to Powers Sa, a GSF diplomat, about possible standings.

So, basically, you've been attacking everyone you've seen, and called it peacekeeping. I must admit you've taken the word hypocrisy to a new level.

Hmm. I applaud this effort. I think the peacekeeping effort would be much enhanced if the CFC were to deploy a Titan as a show of force. Roll

To prevent further escalation of hostilities between the Federation and the State, we call upon both the FDU and StaPro to stand down until the situation in the State is resolved. When that happens, Directive 14 will be lifted and the DMZ order rescinded.

Can confirm that there is still fighting and sovereignty warfare occuring in the Gallente-Caldari contested zone.

Well it might have something to do with the fact that the State's corporations have no legal authority to undertake projects within Placid.
