What boosters do you logistic pilots use?

At first glance "Exile" looks like a good one but the Capacitor side effect is devastating. Other than that Frentix has the range bonus which is nice and the side effects aren't that bad.

The very sun of heaven seemed distorted when viewed through the polarising miasma welling out from this sea-soaked perversion, and twisted menace and suspense lurked leeringly in those crazily elusive angles of carven rock where a second glance shewed concavity after the first shewed convexity.

Exile is for LOCAL repair, not remote. Frentix is also only for guns.

I would say the maybe useful ones are sig reduction and the capacitor one. So X-Instinct and Mindflood.

Is the armor repair side effect on Mindflood also local?

Yes. Understand the side effects are also chance based. Each one is "rolled for" seperately. That chance can be reduced and also the percentage of the side effect can also be reduced with the two appropriate skills. Neurotoxin Recovery and Nanite Control.

Excellent, thank you for your time.

This does bring another question to mind. Is it true that Guardians only functions in teams of 2 and more?

I was looking to the Guardian as a natural step up from my Augoror but finding one logi pilot is enough work at times. Once we're up to 2 Guardians the accompanying fleet would be meant for more than just missions and small operations.

You can't run your Augoror without a buddy. The same goes for the Osprey and consequently the Basilisk and Guardian. The ideal setup at Logistics V is 5-1 which means 5 reppers and 1 cap trans. This allows you to be cap stable, immune to all but the worst and best timed neuts, and gives you one more repair mod than the "solo" logis (Oneiros and Scimi are the T2 hulls). They also have more EHP and fairly better stats to begin with but are reliant on their buds.

You are not cap stable with only one guard, thus a cap-buddy is needed.
Maybe you could make it stable but only with a nerv of the repping qualities.

Wrong wrong wrong.

Aug/Ospreys/Basis/Guard can solo-rep without any problem.
But it won't be as easy as the solo rep ships (ie you'll downgrade a rep or eat cap boosters).

Example : the basilisk is the best ship to remote a POS in highsec.

The scimi is nowhere near this rep strength.

X-Instinct is the only useful drug for logi.
Maybe mindflood for scimmi pilots... i guess
