Whats the maximum amount of trading skills one can get when making new character.

Couple of years ago i think you could end up with a totally new character starting with something like about 50 buy / sell orders
and various other trade skills.

Is this still possible , which would be the best way to go for creating someone to trade in amarr.

New characters always have the exact same skills, no matter what race, bloodline, etc. A brand new character starts with no skills in the Trade category.
