PI - how to pick up the goods?

I have figured out how to transfer the produced goods from the launch pad to the orbiting customs office (and back down to the planet again, and up again, and down etc. just to waste isk). But I can't work out how to transfer the goods from the Customs Office to my ship (Iteron) .

What am I missing? Can anybody help please?

Should be able to just drag and drop.

Open your inventory (top left or the hud icon) and drag the goods from the orbiting station storage.
