Hello all.

Minmatar pilots, and our allies, are a varied lot, and we are spread over the width and breadth of the cluster; too rare are the times when we can speak with one another in peace, reconnect with our kin, or simply relax and chat with others without the interference or unwelcome presence of enemies.

To that end, I have re-purposed an old coms frequency;

The Standing Place

This is a channel for all who are friends of the Minmatar people, as well as, of course, Minmatar themselves, to converse, relax, and maybe even find some like-minded people to share your stories and Path with. This channel is quite closed, of course, to all who are enemies of the Minmatar people, and in the interest of those who may be recently freed, or having had traumatic previous experiences with slavery, any known slavers of ANY faction will be immediately banned from the channel.

This channel is for Minmatar pilots and their trusted allies. It is, of course, open to all who fit this description. Please conduct yourselves as mature pilots in the channel, but feel quite free to be yourselves.

As per the original post, anyone who does not have a history of supporting slavery and who is not engaged in hostile behavior against the Minmatar people is welcome. Part of the channel's purpose is so that others might meet Minmatar individuals for themselves, and not form opinions of us from heresay and a small sample.

In short, yes, Caldari are allowed, provided they follow the rules. EM Has Caldari members, and we are very proud of them. It is a Minmatar channel; what better place could there be for those who wish to learn about us a bit?

Anyone who owns slaves can find another venue.

I acknowledge no Matari who owns slaves as Minmatar.

Many of the channel's users, much like its founder, will be people who have experienced slavery, and part of its purpose is a place where healing from that experience, in some small way, can be accomplished, by speaking with others and finding mutual support and understanding.

You dont have whiskey vendors at meetings for recovering alcoholics.

We do not permit slave holders in a channel aimed at the group of people most negatively impacted by slavery.

Thank you for telling me what I should and shouldnt do, in a channel who's purpose is to allow Minmatar people to converse "away from their enemies".

Some things have happened, I want to return to the place I called home more then anything else in the world.
As for my cousin.. I'm trying to change her without hurting her. I still care for her regardless of her holdership, shes the only family I have apart from my grandparents.
