If I have a negative standing of -3 with the Gallente faction, a positive standing of 2 with the Federation Navy, at what point will I be offered level 2 Federation Navy missions?

Is the only way to raise that Gallante Faction standing by completing the special stroyline missions?

You can raise standing with a faction by doing the tutorial missions at each career station for that faction; doing the SOE arc and choosing the faction you want to raise in the last part of the arc; and doing the datacentre missions.

Try these missions for a 1 time standings boost for your faction.

You will be offered level 2 missions at a corporation standing (with the Federation Navy) of 1.00.

If you do not get them then you will likely have to get your faction standing (with Gallente) up to -2.00 or 0.00 again (not sure).

See the Faction Standing Repair Plan on how you can fix this the fastest.

Loss is meaningful. Therefore is the loss of meaning likewise meaningful. It is the source of all trolling.
