X2 for Hour - PVE and Mining Mount?

Hello!

Finding ways to make sure just log on make income and log off. But part is making more users log on.
To add something new in too the game, maybe we can look into giving 2x on all NPC killed for one hour daily!
This setup would also work for mining mount when taken back to the station 2x on the mount when you unload.

Let's bring back the t2 bpo lotteries while we're at it. And give only certain alliances jove ships.

Can we also covert ops titans and let them shoot while cloaked?

Bolded the part of this that isn't actually the worst idea ever. How many T2 BPOs have been destroyed or are held by players who have quit? Let's get those missing BPOs back into the world.

EDIT: To avoid double-posting..

.."double [insert activity] for an hour" is a hallmark of free-to-play MMOs, especially of the Korean variety. Is EVE a Korean F2P? No. Let's avoid making it feel like one. Thanks.
