Actually, the threads that go are a combination of Squatdog and myself. Normally he starts it, and I am bored at work and ramble on. So Squatties tolling destroys the post, my contribution is reporting every post he makes. ;)

As I said earlier, fights are irrerelevant in the end if one has a strategic objective in mind. Lets say we totally dominate all the fights and achieve 8h "space superiority" daily. All it means that once RONIN logs, you have 16h to uncontest the system. This happened once with PERVS when we went for plexing then-minmatar stronghold-of Auga. They made a forum thread and refused to undock.

System was still not taken because downtime supeority meant nothing back in the initial Caldari rush and it didnt mean anything in Auga either as you well know. So Minmatar stayed docked in Auga and Sasawong and his alts went on "shift the plexes" job when the evil Finns were sleeping.

And why is this, wonders the spoon-fed reader whose listened to gallente propaganda about "downtime plexing" for years. My dear reader, you can plex in uncontested systems to shift plexes around to contested system and defend outside your enemies "prime time". X gal and Chatgris know this and did a lot of it but of course they refuse to admit such thing because it would ruin their "Only because of downtime" argument for Caldari taking all systems.

LOL, try doing the math on that to see how much effort it is compared to being spoonfed after DT plexes.

Apart from that... lulwut I ran plexes in uncontested systems to move them around? I think you have me mistaken for someone else, Val Erian once expressed the desire to kick me from the plexing intel channel because all i did was kill stuff reported there :)

I'd love a write up from the Caldari point of view to be honest, one that goes beyond the "devs are gallente" and now apparently "goons are gallente too" inane, stupid stuff and just tries to offer their take on the warzone. I have lots of respect for Ev0ke for example, JUSTK has killed more than 3500 of their boats, while losing more than 1k to them, and it'd be great to hear what they have to say about the battle for Eha.

Make it "propaganda" as much as you want but try to include the stories, the fights, the people involved and what your goals are and how you work towards accomplishing those goals, I bet it would be a great read too.

TMDC really DOES need people who can write from the other factions. I think someone was saying the other day that Gallente FW writers are second only in number on the site to CFC writers, and it's got nothing to do with favoritism, or bias. I'm pretty sure they'll take anyone that has something interesting to say and can write intelligently. So yes please, some Caldari, Amarr and Minmatar writers should totally apply to the site.

I like how the leaked Caldari mails are whining about harassment when it's pretty much universally STPRO pilots who engage in it, not Gallente pilots.
