Was curious if there were any tools you guys used that are reliable for industrial/manufacturing/trade/etc? I was reading about EVE-MEEP and thought it might be worth a shot. I have tried ISK per Hour but am not really a fan. I've also used a research BPO tool that gives ME levels. Just curious what the more experienced players may use.

Personally as a station trader

EVEMentat to keep track of my orders,
EVE Marketeer when I want to dabble in a bit of speculation
EVE Stats, because who doesn't love a shiny graph to tell them how much more they are worth than last week?
And EVE Central because . . . Well . . . Its EVE Central

Yeah I use EVE Central quite a bit myself. I've never used those others before but I will definitely take a look when I get home.
