Good Core skills for Chimera/ Pheonix
Maxed Tengu Pilot with Maxed Support Skills ( Missles Maxed etc )

Transport Ships Lv4
Covops Lv4
Black Ops Lv4 along with Jump Portal lv4

Good Core Skills through out,there's work to be done in area's but is certainly a Diamond in the rough.

I was focusing training towards maxing out Chimera lv5 - Cap Ships lv5 - Maxing Engineering Skills and Focusing On Drones Skills wich need work.
A Recommended Path, however is viable for any means at this stage.

Good for making isk as well as PVPing.
Chimera Slowcat Fits are going to be the near future for 0.0 PVP within Shield Fleets, NCdot/ PL. N3 are all Focusing on Developing Chimera Slowcat Fleets as they do own Tank/Rep & DPS wise.
So if you havn't already invested in a Chimera Character its well worth doing so now.

Need to Sell Character due to a Project I have going on,need to free up assets.

2x +5 Implant Clones and a +4 Implant Clone.

Reserve/Starting Bid - 20bill
BO - Honestly does not need to be significantly over the reserve, make me a Reasonable BO Over the Reserve and it very may well secure the character.

Nice character, getting a lot for 60+mill sp, drones need some work, but tidy everywhere else. I know you said somebody's offered 20, I can't afford more than that but would request you consider myself as a fall back on the same BO of 20Bill. Danke.
