If i may suggest, live events are still a bit unknown to most of player base, is there some comprehensive guide or FAQ's to see whats it about, how it works, what can we do, etc...

Hmm... the summer expansion is breaking the intermediate class ships (Destroyers and Battlecruisers) into racially distinct skills. We see the appearance of Gurista, Sansha, Angel, and Serpentis rookie boats on Singularity...

And the next expansion is about Uprisings... HELLO the Pirate Faction expansion! Do we get pirate faction militias next?

Interesting, hopefully this will lead to more exposure of the other less explored pirate factions like Equilibrium of Mankind, and also maybe some more information about the Enheduanni.

Even the little things can be fun...I remember when Jamyl Sarum flew to Minmatar space because that preacher guy went there to convert them. Apparently slavery is still a hot-button topic over there. Local chat was a hoot.
I would personally like to see extremely minor tie-ins with the news stories. A few years back there was one about food shortages, but the prices of foodstuffs was unchanged. It would have been nice if NPC corps had buy orders that would drive the sell price of commodities like wheat up. It doesn't take a huge live event to draw pilots into the setting--but they are more fun, I guess.
On another note, I just got an e-mail from Count Orlock. He wants his look back from Roden.

Dam you! was just going to post the exact same comment, but thought i should check.

It would actually be quiet a cool new name. And would give an excuse to introduce the new pirate factions mentioned on the first page, and some new pirate ships!

more dust marketing schill? Who cares? If the whole point of live events is to sell copies of dust, then not only are they safe to ignore, they are better off ignored. Still, eve lore is, always has been, and likely always will be completely divoreced from the experience of eve. It's that meaningless prattle you click through as quickly as possible so you can get to your mission.
