Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I have a 2d surround setup.

I use to be able to window the client and size it to my needs (ie: 3840 x 1060).

Now every time I try to stretch a client window it reverts back to it's original resolution (1920x1080).

Any patches that were made to stop this or is there a work around?
