[BUG] "You are unable to put anything in the cargo container because it is imploding."

When dragging items from a customs office to an empty Giant Secure Container located in my Hoarder's cargo hold, I got this error a few times until it finally allowed me to drag the items.

Curiously, I did not get an error after doing the same thing from another customs office, as if the problem didn't happen anymore when you had at least one item in the container.

This issue had been reported before according to the post linked below, but is not fixed. I have reports from another corp member that he had the same error when dragging ore from a jettisoned container to a giant secure container located in his cargo hold, so it doesn't just apply to customs office. He too reported that once there was something in the giant secure container, he didn't get any more errors.

Please investigate.
