Now, that said - She's almost a neighbor of mine. Just a bit down the road, went to the same schools as my daughter. Not much impressed. Not with her, not with her values, not with the job her parents did of teaching her values.

From news reports, she was foster kid in and out of homes and eventually "aged out", so probably not surprising that her values system were more focused on income stabilization, etc.
