It looks to me that it isn't impossible that Mr. Caine may have orchestrated the whole thing just to make the tribals look bad. I'm sure he will be happy that he will no longer have to waste as much breath denying his Cartel associations.

As I already said earlier, I'm not the one being frustrated, friend.
I have no personal bias against Ms. Riordan anyway, despite her traitorous little episode against the Family, which I think Mr. Pryce already mentioned above. It's important to stay professional, after all.
