You know, with the CSM elections coming up I keep hearing things about "highsec being too safe" and "the strong picking on the weak." The viewpoints are highly varied.

I'm here to tell you that we're here to help make highsec unsafe. If you have someone in mind whom you want robbed of their safety and security, then contract The Ghost Army today!

The Ghost Army are pretty much the bargain bin merc alliance.

Their performance is satisfactory and their pricing is extremely low. You probably don't want to hire them to take down a dickstar POS or take on a major highsec merc corp, but they will undock and shoot some things fairly reliably. So before you accept a 50 mil assistance offer from a 2 man corp based in rens give some money to Wolf Kolona instead and there's a moderate chance that you'll be more satisfied with the result, certainly they are good enough to take on the regular 10 man d-bag corp that is wardeccing your industrial corp.

I wanted to plug you guys, but I am not good at making positive comments so that's the best I can do, sorry.

I feel like your post should come with a disclaimer: Competitor.

I think it's nice of you, and others, who go out of their way to help one another, and I'm sure that your post will be read positively. However, coming from the perspective of a client, I do not share your view and I do not feel that your message adequately expresses how I, as a client, would and do view The Ghost Army.

First and foremost, they can and have dealt with dickstar POSes. Trust me, I know.

Second, they took on a merc alliance that griefed us for a three week period and they did a stellar job at it. Stellar.

Third, I pay them monthly for a "retainer contract" because I'm just that damned satisfied with their results.

So, from a client, and not a competitor, I feel my plug might carry slightly more weight. That said, I've never heard bad things about Break-a-Wish and would suspect you're just as honorable (in the sense that you honor contracts) and effective (in the sense you fulfill contracts) as The Ghost Army. I too have a problem making positive comments, so I apologize that this is the best I can do as well.

We're a competitor that regularly refers clients to other mercs like The Ghost Army when they express a desire for a less expensive alternative that is still able to meet their requirements. As a member of another merc alliance the best way I can describe The Ghost Army is as the cheapest people available that you can actually rely on to do the job.

There are some vastly more dangerous groups with better killboards out there that just aren't reliable at all as well as even cheaper options that are also not at all reliable.

If you don't got much money and you need mercs these are your guys.

I have to agree, we're not the most expensive mercs, but we get the job done, often beyond expectations. While we may not be the most dangerous group out there, or as dangerous a group as we were back before we went to lowsec, but i can happily say we can hold our own against some of those mercs, as we've shown to have done before.

On a different note, TGA Will not be accepting any new contracts for the coming weeks, with service to resume in around a month.

We are taking a break from mercing (kind of) to have some fun and just shoot stuff.

Confirming that Vimsy's comment was, in fact, a compliment. After being buddies with him for about three years now, I can tell you that he is a complete douchebag to everyone, and that this is one of the nicest things I've seen him say. As as side note, I do often recommend TGA when clients are not willing to pay our rates.
