So I have an offer you shouldnt refuse.

Send me 1b isk and I will send you 250m a month interest.

How this works-

A- sends me 1b
b- sends me 1b
c- sends me 1b

Total 3b isk.

After 1mo I pay out 750m isk in interest leaving me 2.25b isk.

This offer will be then extended into month 2 with which I will recieve perhaps another 10b isk after good feedback in this post.
I will then run away with the isk.
