Excellent video. Really nice editing and great fights. I didn't really notice the music so it must have suited the video. ) Only slight annoying thing was some of the text was a little difficult to read (especially in the comments box) , I think it was a combination of the font and size.

I think you guys bring the pvp video to a new step since the last realease's you posted on my eve.
The piloting and team is impressive and the result all the same.
This kind of production, if seen by many, could have a certain weight in the mind of people and inspire them to go small gang and appreciate the challenges in eve.

I can only thank you for sharing your fun, and to hope we will see more of your work another day.

What i will say is that Gigolos previous video Drone Harrasment is about 5 times better than this one. But that doesnt take anything away from this :)

Don't for a moment entertain the trolls as that was without doubt one of the best presented videos released in a long time. The content was solid along-side the fantastic editing and soundtrack. Top quality stuff mate, keep it up!

First thanks for the whole bunch of positive comments apart from one (We both know what really happened when you "tried" to engage me and what backup you had.).

So here I try to give some answers/comments to people who posted in this thread:

RR vexors look very fun. Maybe I should try and herd some RVB lemmings into such fleet one day.

You should! It is a good concept to start with and trains the teamwork a lot since as soon as you get out of rep range you die quite fast. But be aware that too many people in the fleet make the gang less effective and less engageable. It has not enough firepower or buffer tank to fight a large high dps fleet. So the optimal fleet member count would be 4-6 people.

How big is your main screen btw.

I am actually using two screens. Both are 1920x1080. The same as the video resolution. One of the screens is half filled with my Alt-account (one not two btw) and half with dotlan to check position/routes/kills, the other one shows the main account.

Yeah I thought about how to handle these small gang fights since you often have more than ten ships on the screen and still want to give the viewer some information and overview what is actually happening. This is very difficult to realise and the editing was especially because of that very time consuming. If you come up with a better idea, I am open for any improvements since I was not completely satisfied with this, too. But I think I am going to concentrate on solo or duo videos in the future since there I can concentrate on what makes more fun: the animations.

I hope you are right and all EXO guys would appreciate encountering more gangs like ours are.

I think you are completely right! Drone Harassment was really better and I also had more fun in the fights than in these ones. Solo or Duo is different and I think more challenging than small gang stuff and that is what makes it exceptionally interesting over other PvP disciplines in EVE. The larger your gang the smaller the weight of your individual decisions and mistakes.

Would you rather see a Slaved Damnation & Crystal'd Claymore sat on station/gate/grid boosting with the same chance of dying as safed T3s? I'd rather people got some more lower SP fleetmates in combat probing ships and use the paper to our rock. Now POS'd combat links, that's a whole different matter.

I do not want to heat the discussion about the off-grid links and such here, but the reason why we get a lot of fights and also good fights is that we are completely underestimated. Most of the players in EVE, and I do not mean the people who are doing the same small scale stuff we do, tend towards bringing double the size of the gang we have. You can compensate this by piloting skills and organisation to some extent, but this is limited. And in order to get a fight at all you have be underestimated. Nothing is more boring than flying around one evening and not getting a fight.

So every time you get killed by a boosted pilot or gang, please reconsider what your mistakes were during the fight:
Did you really need to be as close as 15km with your rapier to the hostile gang?
Why did you undock with your carrier and stopped 15km off the undock?
Why did you bring your logistics in at range when you know these people have a celestis?
Did I have to keep shooting a gang which can obviously tank our damage and loose even more ships?

I learned a lot of this by frapsing my fights and watching them one or two times afterwards. In my oppinion this is the best way of learning which mistakes you made during the fight and hopefully remind them when you are in the same situation next time.

And there are many more questions like this which you should be aware and a lot of tactics how you can make your opponent fight on your conditions.

Hmm, only just resubbed last week, and as I never see you online, you'll get a post here Big smile

Great video.

Visually, the presentation is in a league of its own, even though it maybe is not the most efficient or even effective way to go about it. I guess I'm not the only one for whom a fair bit of information was lost while trying to digest or take in other information.

But that doesn't really matter. Very nice pvp coupled with a great look make good entertainment. Any chance of you making an intro for me should I ever get to make another video?

Nice video.

The only nitpick I would have is that the size of the comment box coupled with the font makes it hard to read. and yes I am watching the youtube video on high def full screen with a 24in monitor.

Other than that, very nice.
