This is the 83rd BMBE shareholder report
(Shareholder reports are released the first full weekend after the 7th in a month)
Very late report this time...

Points of interest
The 10B ISK on loan has defaulted - Assets are worth well above the 10B ISK - At current Jita (market) sell roughly 13.6B ISK.
I doubt this will change much as it's a ton of well researched cap componets BPO's.

I need to get around to auctioning it of, but I'll give MD first dibs on a buyout of 13B (to perhaps save me the trouble), before putting up a prober auction some time in the future.
(note that this is not an auction thread - First to _EVE mail_ me they want the lot at the buyout prize gets it)

TS you have done a great job running a business for many years.

It seems now that most of your business has been canibalized by MD or by Grendell.
Since May last year there have hardly been any loans, and the ROI is around 0.25% per month.

At what point do you close it down?

Pride shouldn't get in the way of economics. It would be better for shareholders to close the bank down at this point. It should be done as a dividend payment, easiest way to liquidate.

Time to move on. I think you will stubbornly keep it open though.
What would be best for shareholders?

@Nero Farway
Best bet is probably over at the BSAC exchange - Only place (I know of) where they are traded publicly.
And ofc the sell/buy forums.
