A scam implies that you intentionally did not recieve what was promised in return for the payment. I was promised miner tears, free ships for code enforcers & a say in any open decisions. I got what I paid for, so it's not a scam.

Obviously I don't have access to the kind of stats that James does, but based on my own experience with blog pageview stats, I'd guess that around a third of the total hits would be unique hits, meaning that he gets around 1350 pageviews. I think the 'hundreds, if not thousands' evaluation is actually very accurate here.
