Open question to the floor.

Who do you think the best FW pilots are out there? Who do you respect as an opponent / FC or wingman? Who's the maddest PVP'er out there in faction warfare?

Best - from my experience probably Quake590

Respect - Anyone who goes out true solo (i.e. without booster alts/scouts etc)

maddest pvp'er - tbh the pirates who operate in FW zone are often madder than the FW pilots.

Oh yeah, i forgot that he is a FW pilot. My bad, Quake definitely belongs on this list. And probably plenty of others I forgot.

Nexx- And not to mention nobody whines more in local than Soul if you do not fight on his terms. Poor sportsmanship.

Quake takes on fights that most people would never dare dream of and he has fun when he wins or loses. Good sportsmanship.

I would also add Qjiuu. He never whines or smacks in local when he wins, loses, or gets LOLblobbed. He just likes to have fun. But he's a bit one dimensional with his nano-ish stuff.

I would not add Adolf to that list simply because he awoxes and uses boost.

Definitely not Adolf. AWOXing is not being in FW, it's like driving a van full of candy into a diabetics conference and shooting tthe guys in a coma.

To be honest, the best FW players are the ones who do their stuff without boosts. So on that basis you'd eliminate almost everyone in FW.

Well, it's not all of the above list. But he is a dangerous pilot :)

Just like Gavin - he's not really a solo guy and I don't think I've ever seen him in a 1v1, but he's a good FC

Well many of the pilots you listed (adolf for example) are simply booster punks. So hard to tell how good they really are, because probably no one has ever faced them without ogb :D
Only one who doesn´t use ogb 24/7 I know of, AND is ******* good is Saly Va.
Reugh Dew wasn´t bad too.
Btw killboards tell absolutely nothing. You can simply go out always in fleet and never solo and you will have a better killboard than any real good (non ogb) solo guy.

My vote would be to 4 people:

Bahamut420... because he can rally lots of elite terrible people together and Leeroy them into dangerous situations.

BLACKBEARD131... cause he's a badass mofo.

TeaEarlGray HOT... because he plans and schemes to get the best edges possible in a situation.

Almity... say what you want about him, he's a great tactician and can pull together seemingly random fleets that work like a machine.


And yeah... I'm going to agree with a few people on Adolf. He's a dangerous pilot, but not really a Faction Warfare pilot like many others. He doesn't care about sides or war effort. All he wants are kills and will use the most "underhanded" tactics possible (to be fair, we all use "underhanded tactics"... but Adolf takes it to a whole new low).
