Do warfare links work in a 1-man fleet?

Hi, sorry for the newbie question.
I'm thinking of training up leadership so I can fit warfare links - I really like the idea of longer points and webs or better shield resistances or better speed etc when flying a solo battlecruiser.
Before I train these skills I'd like to know if I can I fit a link and receive the bonuses myself if I am the only one in a fleet, or does it need more than one member for them to work?

Cheers

Nope

Not really a fleet if you're alone is it?

You 'can' make a solo fleet, but i can't quite remember if bonuses apply to the booster, i would bet they do though.

If I recall correctly, it needs more than one member.

In order to give (and presumably receive) bonuses, you would need to be in the squad commander position, and have someone from your squad in system.

This. You have to have at least one other person in your fleet.
Note they do not need to be on grid with you, just in the same solar system somewhere (undocked).

Until CCP nerfs OGB that is.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

They do not.

Or, if you meant the statements to be separate, yes they apply to the booster as well in situations in which they apply to the fleet at all, and no, being in a system where no other fleet members are present (whether there are any in the fleet or not) is not one of those situations.
