Singularity: Rule violation reporting

i was trying to learn more about moon mining and testing it to see how things work without having to go through the trouble of buying the stuff on tranq. the system i was trying it out already had a TCU up and runing in the system, i had no intention of basing out of that pos which clearly should of been shown in the setup itself. no blockades were used on any of the gates so i should not of been seen as a threat.

anyway i just logged in to check how to mining process was going to be met with a deserted area even though i logged out at a pos to be met with 3 mails and the first being this one

ship pwner was shooting me on station. I asked him to stop and he did not. I convoed him also to ask him to stop he wouldnt.

Ive had a fellow corp mate from TQ come onto SISI quite recently, think he's Hungarian, not sure
But he understands english Perfectly fine~

His in game name is kuldar skjiem

Engaged me and Tristin12 on the station several times, even popped tristins thrasher on the station
And here I have a well timed screenshot of him engaging me on the station in a naglfar

An hour or so before that, he was bombing the station with a shrapnel bomb Constantly, even though he got complaints and even when I posted the rules, he stated that he didnt get an agression timer, and thus didnt count as agressing on the station.

He knew it was agressing and kept doing it.
Please, for Sanities sakes ban another rule-breaking nutjob

2-st dont play shaild and go grow up and gro urself some balls
3-st i didnt agress noone i dont gett agress timer againtst other capsuleers [if i pop that thristian destroyer only then i got agression timer]
4-st i was large guns on naglaflar and u asked i shoot u in teamspeak then u make that pichture
5-st stop complaining like a child

I was testing my bonus Loki outside station and then J3ssica Biel shows up in a tracking Moros and killed me. I was playing on my second character so i didn't see him locking me up.
I lost one lvl. 5 subsystem skill down to lvl. 4.
I convoed him, asking why he did this and he said he didn't (screenshot).

This is not the first time this guy is shooting other ppl. on station and this is getting quite annoying. He's just interrupting other players testing and having fun of it.

You've shot many people on the station without reason before, bombing the station constantly aswell despite everyone saying no too, so what exactly triggered you to report this one?
