Can I save installation files to my hard drive?

I'm about to get a new computer soon but my connection is slow and it takes 5 hours to download the client. Is there a way to download and save the installation files so I can transfer it easily and quickly to my new PC? There used to be an offline download option but I don't see that anymore.

You can just copy the already downloaded and installed client to your new install, copy whole "CCP" folder. That's what I did when I reinstalled windows and it works fine (save the white freeze bug that occurs since retri 1.1 patch but that's another issue).
Ran the repair tool too and it didn't find anything wrong, so it should be ok.

You will need a storage media big enuf to hold the full client tho.
