Sidekick Startup/General account payment problems

So I'm hoping my bank isn't really just the shittiest one in the world and I'm not the only person to have had issues here. I'm trying to do the sidekick startup for $24.95/3mo and my payment keeps being denied. I talked with my bank and they said that CCP is not even attempting to authenticate anymore as the payment was denied to many times (several times... 8D ). Is there any way I can have my card/account unblocked and where would I go about doing that?

Really wish CCP had livechat or a phone .. but then we'd pay the price somewhere I suppose. Sorry if this is in the wrong section, wasn't sure where it went..
