i have the same issue described here: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=122435

I'm going to try to reopen this and perhaps identify a potential common denominator...

This issue started happening when i was tweaking the in game graphics settings. .. i set the settings back to original but this still happens from time to time... i recently ran the game "in a window" so i could do other work on the side... now it's happening non stop...

just like the other post describes i can run any other game with settings high without a problem... is anyone aware of a CCP fix for this issue?

my graphics cards are also AMD
