Issue with Capsuleer-Logoff timer In relation to suspect timer.

I have had issues with the capsuleer log-off timer.
It apparently causes suspect flags when someone sensor boosts, or whatever to the person.

Even though there is no aggression towards another player, no weapons timer, no Limited time engagement. just a CLT.
This seems like a bug, and something not in the spirit of the new Crime watch.

It makes no sense for something that keeps a party from logging off of their account mid battle to cause a suspect flag on another person.

What is happening is NOT what is supposed to be happening.

According to the image people who assist people with a CLT(PVP Flag) should get a PVP flag, not suspect flag.
