when is that happening ? i want to know how much time i have.
i read somehwere learning them now can save a lot of time in the future.

You can learn Battlecruisers 5, Destroyers 5, all Cruisers 3 and Frigates 4 in one month with Perc/Will remap. You have more than one month before summer expansion so don't lose your time.

Actually we all had more than one year since first warning to prepare. Still I'm sure someone will complain about "not enough time to prepare" at patch day P
