As anyone that owns a pos may know there aggression system is glitchy and will cause the pos to fire on its owning entity with no mercy,

what i propose is adding a exclusion or ignore list to the pos that can be populated with players or even the corporation that owns it its self or other entities for the pos to ignore or exclude from aggression along with this comes other propositions such as
a button to make it ignore the exclusion list in-case of emergency
a button to make the pos drop all current aggression and lock out aggression for a set time if it goes haywire

many corps have lost ships and other entities due to a pos being way to judgmental and im confident this implementation would be a great benifit to everyone that activily uses a pos

of course manual control should be able to bypass the exclusion or ignore list

I wholeheartedly agree to this. I've seen first hand what a malfunctioning PoS can do when its in Aggro state and needs something to manually override this, avoid unecessary and costly ship loss.

Would be a good idea.
Its very surprising, when your own POS starts firing at your ship..... Straight

Would be good, one of if not my first ship losses in the game was due to unbeknown to me someone in corp had agressed the POS to corp screwing around* 5 minutes before I logged in and when I logged in and motored out the FF to do something *bam* dead ship.

*Using shuttles for target practise with POS guns or something probably.

I remember when I first returned to eve and got given roles in a new corp, whilst out in 0.0 I found one of our POS had no ammo in any of the guns... terrible, so I took an indy ship, stuffed it full of ammo and went a few jumps to the POS.

Slow-boated to the first autocanno and dumped all the ammo in and started to approach the next one, a minute later the gun locked me and started shooting at me!

... with the ammo I put in it... cheeky bastard.
