2.75b offer. i would do 3b but the caldari and amarr neg. standings kinda turn off for me

The character can get anywhere in caldari and amarr space, and has Excellent stangings ith mim and gal to boot!

Can run lv4 faction warfare missions for those who like to do those sort of things.

Hi thank you for you comments. I dont think those standings you quote take into account the diplomacy skill, which at level 3 takes the negative well above -5. Im currently flying around Amarr and Caldari space with no problems at all.

This char has superb Galantee and Mimnatar standings and the Amarr and Caldari standings do not prevent flying around in cladari and Amarr space. I was careful to ensure this was true.
