I think GD gets used for this and the lines between good natured convo about the game done semi in character gets blurred with RL criticisms and complaints. If there was a forum where people could write purposefully inflammatory rhetoric and obvious troll posts with deeper meanings and subtle innuendo then...well what would happen?

Taking a **** isn't exactly optional, so it's propably better you've got a dedicated area in your house, that is equipped to handle and dispose of it.

It would probably be more accurate to say - every person on the internet is subject to verbal diarrhea at some stage. We all do it, on this site or others.

EDIT: and it's been tried before on other sites. Even though they had dedicated PvP and Off Topic sections, those posts still ended up in GD. The posters don't care if it's in the wrong place, they simply want to post in a section that they perceive to have more visibility. I mean, what's the point of grandstanding if no one is watching (unless you're some sort of crazy person).
