Depends on where you are. I find that Gallente pilots are more chatty than Amarr pilots who are more chatty than Caldari pilots. Career Agent systems local chat is almost constantly moving.

How does paying james and his crew improve gameplay for anyone but them collecting isk from folk daft enough to pay them?

The resources to maintain the movement aren't free, and those fees help slightly defray the cost of bringing you New and Engaging Content for your enjoyment.

They won't move for the most part. And they come from far and wide to see the show. And we give it to them. Vultures, miners, mission runners, and the curious. Some get it more than once. Others, like a lot of people in this thread don't get it at all.

Wanna try your luck and take a shot at the good guys? We're operating out of Kamio at the moment. Player interaction in all forms are always welcome!
