Depends on where you are. I find that Gallente pilots are more chatty than Amarr pilots who are more chatty than Caldari pilots. Career Agent systems local chat is almost constantly moving.

Removed off topic and troll posts.
Please keep it on topic, respectful and above all Civil!

7. Trolling is prohibited.

Trolling is the word used to describe a post that is deliberately designed for the purpose of angering and insulting the players. Posts of this nature are disruptive and do not contribute to the sense of community we want for our forums.

20. Post constructively.

Negative feedback can be very useful, provided that it is presented in a civil, factual manner. Tell us what you don't like and why and how you feel it could be improved. Posts that are not constructive, insulting or rude may be deleted, no matter how valid the ideas behind them may be.

24. Off-topic posting is not allowed.

Off-topic posts are not prohibited but should be posted within reason. Excessive off-topic posts that derail a thread may result in the thread being locked.

You should also consider that the New Order requests a piddling 28k ISK per day for the privilege of bump-free mining. All the Order seeks to do is improve gameplay for everyone, miners included. While this may include encouraging you to find something better to do than mining, you should not feel threatened, but instead should be moved emotionally - another player, certainly your superior in capsuleer society, considering your station as a miner, has seen fit to ask you to join him in the upper echelons of society. Laud these efforts, and find glory in higher callings.

How does paying james and his crew improve gameplay for anyone but them collecting isk from folk daft enough to pay them?

Mind you, good for james and his crew for getting folk to pay them.

The resources to maintain the movement aren't free, and those fees help slightly defray the cost of bringing you New and Engaging Content for your enjoyment.

I've been thinking of opening a rehab program for newly liberated bot aspirants. Did you know, for just 28k ISK a day, you can help free a poor soul from the ravaging clutches of bot aspirancy? For less than the cost of a stack of faction ammo, we of the New Order can rescue, rehabilitate, and reintroduce formerly bot-aspirant miners into the wonderful world of New Eden. This paltry sum covers agent transportation, defense, lodging, and our ongoing safety campaign, ensuring unattended mining vessels do not stray into dangerous areas of asteroid and icefields.

Please, think of the miners. If you won't, who will?

7.2 CAN I AVOID PVP COMPLETELY? No; there are no systems or locations in New Eden where PvP may be completely avoided. --Eve New Player Guide

Clearly, being a member of the New Order can pay decent Iskies, what with its members are sporting monocles.

I tried that... They just hide in a stations because all their toons would be CONCORed and they just pop out in a pod to scout every 30 mins to a hour.

Trid to get me a lil piece of the trillion isk bounties. Gets boring waiting on jack the ripper wanna be's to come outta their pits.

Nobody gets CONCORDed for being an outlaw.
Learn game mechanics.

I agree about the hiding part though.

They won't move for the most part. And they come from far and wide to see the show. And we give it to them. Vultures, miners, mission runners, and the curious. Some get it more than once. Others, like a lot of people in this thread don't get it at all.

Wanna try your luck and take a shot at the good guys? We're operating out of Kamio at the moment. Player interaction in all forms are always welcome!

btw, another Orca and the Mack that was next to him went kerblamo tonight... but you didn't hear that from me. Blink

Mission Runners?

I seriously doubt you guys have extorted ISK from a mission Runner or even tried.

If you did try, the Mission Runner would probably explode with laughter.

All the new order powertriped members keeps spamming local channel in systems with ice, with "there" rules.

Can this be ok? its realy not ok with me, when they are in the system they almost block the local channel with links of there rules and they call out miners, and if they dont answer, they go on again in local and saying XXXX is bumped and bla bla bla, and next miner and the same spam all over again, and inbetween its "pay 10 mill bla bla bla"

I mean they can have rules and so, and i know CCP is ok with what they are doing, by bumping miners, and thats ok with me too, but stop the spam alrdy. for crying out loud.

I know it aint the same guy/girl every time, but its the same spam each time.

Yeah, cause that has worked SO very well for everyone else that has tried to protect miners from the righteous justice of the New Order. "Oh noes, you are gonna take a few shots at my ship that Concorde is on their way to assplode anyways! What ever shall I do?" Just ask SPIONKOP how well that worked out for him.

When will miners learn that it is MUCH easier to just buy your permit?
