Login Server Insists I'm Trying To Play With Multi-Accounts?

It seems that much of the time when I try to log in these days, I receive the following message:

"While we appreciate your enthusiasm to try EVE, we would also appreciate if you could limit yourself to using a single trial or subscription accounts only."

The only account I have is one full-subscription account. I have no other accounts, trial or otherwise. I really wish that I could fire up EVE without wondering if, today, I'm going to get the dreaded nonsensical message once again, and have it be impossible for me to play.

Last time it happened, I made a ticket, and I received a form reply that didn't help me at all. I'm playing at home, on a wi-fi connection that nobody else can possibly be using to play this game. I have only one account, and it is a paid account. There is no godly reason why this should be happening. It's on your end, not mine, and I'd like it fixed.

DETAILS:

This is the second instance of it occurring (last was about a week ago, or so). I was able to log into the game between then and this current instance of the event. Before that, it had never happened even once.

I recall it happening the first time after receiving a patch update, but I can't be sure about that.

Again, I am not logging into different accounts. I only have one account, and it is a paid subscription. Nobody else is using this computer, or is even on my home wi-fi network (I live alone, my wi-fi is locked, and I can't see any unauthorized devices on the DHCP list). This leads me to believe that I am receiving this message 100% in error.
