I can't see my character?

When I go to the character select screen, the game says it is loading characters and then never loads mine. I tried to visit the EVE support website, but there are only links to old articles about other problems and nothing relevant to my issue or any information on how to contact CCP. What should I do?

I can see your character, and i wish i couldnt.

Made a signature so I am taken seriously on the forums, since thats the only thing they are good for.

"never loads" as in your info is not loaded and you can't enter game or your portrait is just not loading?

Might be just a portrait caching error. Certain players in my corp have changed their appearance, and since then I see their new portrait everywhere forums, killboard, Eve Gate website... EXCEPT in the actual game. Sometimes it takes awefully long to update for some reason, sometimes it doesn't update at all, and newer players are often shown without a portrait for the first few days.
