I have just finished the tutorials and it was recommended to me that I start the Gal Fed Navy lvl1 missions so i went on the agent finder found my nearest lvl1 agent and jumped over there however the agent said i needed a 'referal' how do i get this or is this related to my standings if so how do i improve them

Standings shouldn't matter since Level 1 agents are always available regardless of standings.

Eve Agents (agent finder service) shows 35 different Level 1 agents available for Federation Navy.

Due to lack of info pertaining to your problem, it's hard to post an answer.

You could try logging out, then log back in and talk to agent again. That might be enough to unlock agent.

Make sure it's not a storyline agent. Those agents will send you an eve mail notice with mission offer after you complete 16 regular missions.


If it is just a 'Basic' agent and still doesn't offer a mission, file a petition in game - F12 key - character stuck.
