I'm honestly not sure what I can get for him, I figure his implants are about 550m right there, plus about 6 months of solid subcap support training. At the moment with a lack of spaceship command skills, he doesn't really do anything, but with the recent T1 frig/cruiser changes he could be doing quite a bit of PvP stuff well in a month or two.
