Hi I'm waiting on a rulling challenging the lockingof my trading thread where a forum admin has frozen a thread saying trading of chars is illegal I've pointed out on a cursery reading of the rules I don't see where the trading of a char can be illegal as were not trading assets or accounts, but untill I hear back from this I can't continue with a trade swap on fear that CCP will reverse te agreement at cost to myself and yourself.

Once I hear back why an Admin thinks trading a Char on the char trading forum is illegal then Ill get back to you on what we can do etc :)

Private sales are people agreeing to a sale in game and then using the forums to make it official like Corp m8s selling a grinding toon to each other they do it through the forums for protection.

To my knowledge nearly 8 years of it on and off Swaping chars is legal the only thing is that uness both players have two accounts it take 24 hours for the full trade to complete as one player transfers then they cant send or recieve another trade char until the first sent clears.

And yes from what I could see me buying yours and you buying mine and have the agreed amount as the difference between them is just the same in my mind and from what I can see on the forums as me saying give me 5 bill and your char and ill give you my char, its still char trading the cash paid is either in plex's or £17 - £20 from your account services.

Account trading on the other hand has always been Illegal but we weren't doing that hence the confusion.

But yea its kinda weird maybe there is some clause we haven't noticed or that is an "Unofficial" rule that were breaking hehe kinda weird :)

Still awaiting an official reply from the Admin, and for an admin he hasn't even turned his mail cost off tut tut :P

The only thing worse than improperly moderating a forum is a failure to admit my mistake. I in error locked the thread involving the trading of characters. After further research I find that I was in error and the thread should not have been locked.

Therefore the trading of characters is allowed, provided that the transfer fee is paid for each character.

Again, my apologies for fouling an allowable thread. Also, my compliments to the OP for the exceedingly polite method of bringing it to my attention.

I shall not be making this particular mistake again.

Apparently now a second moderator has taken it upon himself to close my swap thread so It' will now have to be carried out in this thread so appologies if the thread gets messy the moderators have stated you can't now have a sales thread and a swap thread only one or the other seems silly but hey so be it seems the moderators have a vendetta against my threads :P

So ill post in this reply what the other thread said so people can read it and make a choice.

Im looking to see this as my other post says I'll link it at the bottom of the page.

But I am also willing to trade it for a PvP char or PvE Missioning char I understand I may have to drop a few Mil sp's in the trade and I am Willing to do this for the right char I also have isk and for the right Char up or down in SP depending on the char setup skills, history, Standings and sec status etc.. I may add isk to sweeten the Pot, On the Flip Side Im not adverse to someone adding some isk to thier char to sweeten the pot on any offer.

Is sitting with + 5 Implants in Kisogo good place for getting any books and training when not doing anything else his Jump Clone is in Jita with +4 Implants. He can have more Jump Clones I just didn't have any use for more.

I have had several In game mails but none have come to fruition so after my last thread being accidentally locked I am now re advertising my Char.

This char can fly a Rorqual and has almost all the associated skills for a near perfect Ability to use the ship.

Has Exumers 5 For Hulk etc. Also a lot of points in Mining etc 7.35 million Sp in Industry alone.

He can fly a Tengu Almost perfectly Im training the last 2 subs to 5 now and has specilization 3 in heavy missiles.

Can also fly both an Obelisk Freighter and an Anshar Jump Freighter.

Can also fly an Archon and can baby sit your aeon (And I do mean Sit not much else :P in the Aeon ) Has 5 Million Sp give or take in Drones But no Fighters etc as of yet but is ready to put book in.

I'm willing to Swap for a lower SP Char but Must be all combat PvE or PvP

Or I'll Sell it looking for Fast sale so I can shut down the extra Account.

Looking for somewhere around 15-16 Billion or as I said a Swap for a Combat char.
