**Disregard this post, I'm an idiot. Faction vs. non-faction ammo Sad.

I was playing around with fits for my Rokh and noticed that the DPS given by EFT is considerably lower than that given by the in-game fitting window, even when not considering reload time. Is there something else EFT takes into consideration when determining DPS or is it calculating incorrectly?

I appreciate the software and all, but please for the love of god find a better file hosting provider. Wading through a dozen obnoxious, red herring, fake download advertisements is just not cool.

Always use the alternative download link. EVE-Files is a much more pleasant host.

Hi,

I now the OP says it is supported in Windows 7, and I've browsed through quite a few pages to see if anyone has had the same issue as me, but have not seen anything...

In Windows 8, this tool freezes whenever I try to add an API key to it. Has anyone else experienced this and perhaps found a workaround?

P.S. I've tried running it as an administrator and in compatibility mode. Same problem. It freezes; task manager says the application is not responding. Have to kill it; just cannot get it to accept any API import. :(

I was totally unable to download the newest version from the primary link... unless the one link that really leads to downloading EFT was about 3 characters wide and buried where no sane person ever looks. Every f*cking link I clicked led me to downloading some moronic video converter.

In other words... yes please, please!, find another hoster!

(Alternate download site worked for me but seriously... what your primary provider does there is insane!)

Found a possible bug, or it could be an abnormality myside(most likely). Also might of always been like this? I only just came across it, the issue is minor; When on the character viewer and you can add/look at implants, by default at the bottom of the character viewer window is a description section for the implants, if I try to resize that part it completely vanishes. I don't know how to get it back if there is a option to tick/untick that particular part.

However the problem is easily fixed by deleting the config file and just generating a new default one, to get that section back.
As a work around I just resorted to stretching the entire view character window, rather than the discription sub section.

If anyone can easily see my error, or has come across the issue? Mostly a non issue really but just thought i'd throw it out there.

That's what many of us don't understand in this case; eve-files is only the 'mirror', while the 'primary' is an ad-infested eye-sore where the most prominent DOWNLOAD button doesn't download the file in question but some only-the-gods-know-what shenanigan.

Just something I noticed which is a slight innaccuracy, the ishkur assault ship on eft has a drone storage bay of 50, in game it is 25 figured would point it out if people did not already know.

Do you realize that the rigging skills are bugged (they make no difference)?

For example when you use Small Auxiliary Nano Pump I ... it makes no difference in Powergrid whether your character has Armor Rigging I or Armor Rigging V. I tried on some others (not all) and it seems to be the same for all of them.

Just a small issue, but the Sisters probe do not have a I at the end of the name, e.g. it's 'Sisters Combat Scanner Probe' not 'Sisters Combat Scanner Probe I'. I ran into an issue with this when parsing fits and it didn't know what the probes were.
