Warping at distance doesn't work when it's a drag bubble in line to station or gate. However, the "investigators" could warp from a different angle - unless the cyno is inside the bubble. Then they still could scan the moon with d-scan and warp there at distance.

Of course all this requires more work than warping to a beacon like a lemming.

@OP: You're saying the cyno is being run all the time. That means someone is willing to spend money (LO) for increased protection and giggles. Seems to be a fair deal. If you're falling for that more than once, I don't see a problem on their part.

I almost spit out my drink, I had to laugh so badly while reading this. I kinda wish I was in his VOIP server to hear his tears when this happened. But at least OP learned something new today!

The implication in his post that he has suffered this a couple of times would indicate your hope may be misplaced.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

Odyssey: Repacking in POS hangars for modules +1,  but please for other stuff too, especially containers. Make containers openable in POS hangars.

It is a good example of gameplay that emerged years ago and which any competent cloaky pilot knows of and easily avoids. Cloakies stopped warping directly to cynos in like 2007.
