Drones have such little base hp that I can barely feel my BC V and drone durability V have any effect on their survivability.

With the new ai as well that seem to instant target your drones sometimes I feel that the skills pertaining towards drone ehp should be modified into resists instead of straight hp.

I know they both increase ehp the same way but using resists means that 50% additional resistance doesnt look as silly as 200% increased drone hitpoints or something and it means it wouldn't scale stupidly with fighters and bombers.

If I'm unlucky enough to have an aggro switch to my medium drones in most levels 4s, i'm basically guaranteed to lose one and don't even get me started on webbing frigates.

Either that or make ai not web drones and boost drone agility by like 50x, takes them so long to realign to return. NPC ai could also use a change, we just don't get enough warning before they turn and blap our drones.

Also making different resist profiles for each race's drones would also mean that the amarr drones won't just be there for show.

Actually, drone HP makes a lot of difference in whether they die now. That part of the rebalancing worked pretty well.

Using drones is still herding cats, but that skill actually has meaning at least nowadays.

As to your resists suggestion... that seems like a lot of work to change things to no actual affect.
