TO: Federation Navy Personnel HQ, Lt Cdr S S Inhonores GFNR
CC: R Adm X Inhonores GFN, Dultiver Health Service

It is the opinion of this Committee of Medical Specialists that Lieutenant Commander Siyu Shan "Seriphyn" Inhonores of the Gallente Federation Naval Reserve's Humanitarian Operations Corps is no longer medically fit to continue to serve in his current capacity. Commander Inhonores has failed to meet Naval Officer standards in the following area(s):

- Psychological Preparedness
- Emotional Stability

It is therefore the binding recommendation of this Committee that Lt Cdr S S Inhonores be dismissed from service on medical grounds. There are several areas of concern that were highlighted in reaching this decision.

1) The bereavement of close family members in May 112 has had an irreconcilable psychological impact on Commander Inhonores. The patent refusal by Commander Inhonores to permit diagnosis by the Navy Biomedical Corps with a psychological disorder on the grounds of the Federal Constitution's patient freedom clauses has prevented us from providing treatment that may have otherwise avoided this outcome. Even without a diagnosed disorder, Commander Inhonores has exhibited symptoms associated with psychological trauma and thus automatically fails Naval medical standards.

2) The infection of Commander Inhonores's cybernetic systems with an information virus of Sansha origin has shown itself to exacerbate the issues outlined in the previous. This virus is persistent even when swapping out implants and other neural rigging. Once again, Commander Inhonores's refusal for official diagnosis by the Biomedical Corps has prevented us from providing treatment. We cannot measure the psychological consequence this virus has on Commander Inhonores's wellbeing during general duties. However, an incident recorded earlier this year by Lai Dai Research Biomedical and Cybernetic that was forwarded to the Dultiver Health Service presumes the worst; in cases of extreme emotional duress, Commander Inhonores begins exhibiting severe psychosis that is onset by the virus assuming control of various cybernetic faculties. Mindlock as a failsafe was only averted thanks to intervention by LDRBC.

This is very alarming to us, and we simply cannot recommend Commander Inhonores maintain his position with such a trait.

Further:

3) Persistent disdain for authority continues to define Commander Inhonores's service record. While not an issue per se, it becomes one in light of the two previous points. Although it is not the station of the Biomedical Corps to comment on the behaviour becoming of a gentleman officer, this trait cannot be viewed lightly when taking into account Commander Inhonores's emotional instability. This point stands for consideration rather than binding recommendation.

Concluding, Lieutenant Commander Siyu Shan "Seriphyn" Inhonores from the Gallente Federation Naval Reserve is to be medically discharged with immediate effect. This Committee would like to note the personal decisions Commander Inhonores has made over the past year that was loosely considered in this decision. We believe he may rest easy with a dismissal due to his political disagreements with the current Federation Government and the state of the cluster. Moreover, he may loosen himself of the burdens onset by his decision to expatriate himself to the Caldari State.

The Federation Navy and Marine Corps is eternally thankful for the fifteen years of distinguished service provided by Siyu Shan Inhonores, and wishes him all the best in any future endeavours he may desire to undertake as an independent capsuleer. The Navy recommends the Federal Defence Union should Inhonores wish to continue military service. Reinstatement in the future may or may not be a possibility should his medical situation ever improve.

I cannot express in words my dismay at seeing information such as this made public.

It is not my style to mock a man undergoing the emotional and psychological distress you appear to be undergoing, Inhonores. Though we have been enemies for as long as I remember and we have held some very vocal and heated oppositions to one another, I do hope your mind and spirit find some measure of peace and solace in the future.

Not to sound uncaring but why is this here?

I guess he wants us to know how the Fed shafted him, and good on him for sharing the information. Personally I'm curious to see where this will lead him, a few harsh truths seem to have been learned here and I know exactly how it feels when the people you fought for betray the principles you professed to share, leaving you by the wayside in the name of kowtowing to pressure.

I'm not going to lie, Seri. I'm not sorry this has happened to you. But I do hope it gets you asking some probing questions, maybe re-evaluating all that misplaced rage you keep so poorly hidden under several layers of rhetoric and Fed propaganda.

I'm not particularly sorry feeling for him. For one, if you read the report you see that he refused to let his psychological problems be treated. I know why he posted this, and I find it weak and petty.

Nothing new here. I've noticed the gradual shift in behavior over the last couple of years.

You don't have to feel sorry for me, for I am not sure how I feel yet. With regards to that second bit, the person you are referring to is fully aware of the problems above.

I wonder which pirate organization he will be joining in the coming days, or indeed will he find himself... In Exile? Pardon the pun.

So I guess I'm not going to need to reserve you a seat at the Mixed Metaphor after-party for the Black Eagles rally, then?

You poor, poor soul!

Don't let those wretched idiots diminish you my dear General...Psychological 'evaluations' are so far beneath you. They have no right to judge you, for they are not your peers.

When you grow tired of pity parties and are ready to cast off your self imposed chains, I'll be here to embrace you warmly and help you purge some of these more ridiculous and harmful feelings.

I feel it uncharacteristic of me to show weakness or humility on the IGS by thanking well-wishers. Nonetheless, such things go without saying, even if not said directly.

I'd stress that I still bleed Gallentean. I will continue to work for the Destiny Foundation in the capacities handed to me as Director of Operations.

You can't mention a juicy story and then not fill us in. Details, please.

Very interesting.

So I take it that the Strong Sabik followers of the True Faith wish to recruit the Federation Navy's psych-evaluation wash-outs into your ranks, then? You do know he was discharged for a reason, right?

This is kind of terrifying. How many others have been infected, I wonder?

I'm sure quite a many of us would fail each and every one of those 'evaluations.'

I think I'll stick to my own evaluation about who are 'lions' and 'sheep'. But if you manage to actually recruit him, by all means. If he's weak enough to side with your kind, he had no place in the Union anyway.
