This would actually be a wonderful thing, but I doubt they'd ever do it. Sec status of systems should randomly drop due to pirate faction incursions, and rats in those systems should be widespread and rabid. With the drop in sec status, player pirates could find themselves in a very fun environment, and high-seccers would be only mildly forced to play defensively while in-system.

Dear OP, you want Hisec NPC action but seem too scared of Lo, null and WHs where theres plenty of it.

Following that logic , if your idea is implemented, you'll leave Eve cos then you'll be scared of hisec Roll

No not like advocating balance at all, more like your hatred of newbies and casuals in the cause of isk farming, themeparking and rampant devaluation.

Dude, you don't advocate any of that stuff. You just go around whining how you want NPC corps removed or wardecs against them in every single thread you go to involving anything with high sec or people against something. Its gotten rather old. If its such a big deal, why don't you talk about it in detail in a thread focused on the subject, with details backing up your "claims" rather than whining everywhere else to try and take the focus off the current subject.

People keep coming up with complaints like "highsec is boring", "make EVE more newbie friendly", "nullsec power blocs" and "ISK inflation" and "miner bumping" as problems and all of them have one very simple source, one fixed by fixing the stifling nature of highsec gameplay (the majority of EVE players' gameplay). People dispute this, such as you in your early posts yapping some silly nonsense about how 'wardec evasion is unbeatable' (proved it wasn't), the drop in carebear subs would kill EVE (carebear-only subs are proven insignificant) and how NPC corps defend newbies (proved they didn't). Now all you have are posts like the one I'm quoting.

Only person whining here is you, whining that I deliver truth and it would be nice if I stopped. I don't think that will happen, I'm afraid.

Other people bring their subjects up in their own posts rather than whining in every other thread they come across. Almost all your posts are about the same thing and yet its always in topics that has nothing to do with the subject. Go take it in your own thread and actually back it rather than whine any place you go.

CCP do not want to create content, they have stated over and over they want to give players the tools to create content, this is a sandbox afterall, go play WoW raids if you want endless scripted PvE encounter with loot at the end.

let regular capitol ships in high sec again.
Carriers and Rorquals, not dreds or supers (yet).

Not like you can't program CONCORD to have the self destruct code for a cap to prevent server lag.

Once you do that, bring in heavy pirate raids with ships bigger than a carrier to fight against. Let them lay siege to a station in high sec. Let the factions come in and fight to make it look good, but not really do any significant damage without player help.

Bring back convoys that matter...

Give us more random crap to destroy for a purpose - especially crap that fights back or attacks without provocation.

I have to 'back up' the claim that removing NPC corps and wardec evasion will increase the risk (and decrease the OP's perceived tedium) of highsec? Or that overpresent safety is related to perceived 'highsec boredom'? Please, pry your master away from his botting corpmates and ask him to teach you properly.

No, you just have to back up your claims that what you suggest really is for the good of the game and everything else you spew out rather than the obvious that a child can figure out that you like to use to insult anyone who is against your ideas rather than conversing about the actual purpose.

I back up that what i say is based for concern of the game with every related reply I make to a prestated game-related concern, like 'make highsec less boring'.

gg

PS: For someone who came into this thread accusing everyone who disagreed with him a 'whiner', you seem touchy about others being 'insulting'.

Entering every topic with a title like that with simply stating "do this, it'll make things better" isn't backing up anything in any universe. And never did I say anyone who disagreed with me was a whiner, just those with attitudes like yours who always has to bring up the same subject over and over, ignoring the content of the actual post. Essentially you're admitting that you responded only to the title of the post and nothing more. No discussion of merits about the content, no displaying the merits of your suggestion. Nothing. Just the same thing, over and over, like clockwork. You just look for the excuse to bring it up and don't care about actually discussing it. Don't care about actually presenting it. You just bring it up for the sake of bringing it up because you want it now.

Could say that about null sec problems too quite often, or any problem really... if there are issues in the game, no matter where they are, high sec, low sec, null sec, they should be given consideration, and its obvious that anyone who brings up an issue is affected by it in some way or foresees being affected by it in the future.... so really you've pretty much brought up statements that in a way could describe every single forum post ever if you just replace a couple words according to situation. Congrats on that...

Actually my post was very topical and evaluated the concerns of the OP fairly and comprehensively, such as
- AFK freighters autopiloting lazily through highsec
- the lack of the sense of danger in highsec
- 'Give players a reason to pay attention before undocking.'

All of these issues would be swiftly answered by allowing normal and intended PvP to happen in the most populated area of EVE, by resolving wardec evasion and removing NPC corps, while being much more easy to implement instead of creating advanced NPC AI. I'm sure you'll want me to prove self-evident 'claims' related to this, like "is a live player really better adapting then a CCP script file?" or something. If you want an example of a true kneejerk post without argument or reason, look no farther then here:

Personally I think the best part would be to make gate rats, and have the belt rats actually be a threat.
I mean currently you can resist with 20hp/sec.
Now if they were to get better based on the chaining mechanic I think that would be fun.

But really I love the incursion idea.
Make them increase and matter as more than just a community.
And have them effect regions instead of constellations.
Suddenly things happen.

But definitely, FW players should be able to kill members of the other side entirely.
The trick is the navy will respond and not be pushovers like the current ones.
They will be the old ones that everyone hated for using ewar and more.

But really this will all be there this summer.
What with pirate theme and all.
I love this crystal ball CCP!
